Workaround for QuickTime MPEG4 bug - MH1234567890

The problem is caused by /Library/QuickTime/EyeTV MPEG Support.component. This package is created by the EyeTV app and will be recreated if you delete it and run EyeTV again. What I did is replace it with a locked dummy 0-byte file. The lock will cause EyeTV to ask you for an admin password upon launch, but you can just cancel out. EyeTV seems to run and save files fine with way, and QuickTime can once again play MPEG4's.
