I want to add a comment to the previous review -- I only gave three stars for support, but it was for support/documentation, not just for support. Mindola's support is worth 5 stars! But I would like to see better documentation, and perhaps a forum on their website where users can share ideas. The software does come with a help file that is good partial documentation, but I was hoping for more, and I really really like it when there is a forum to exchange ideas -- hence the 3 stars. But, as I've seen this week, their direct customer support is <em>excellent</em>.
