To launch Photoshop:

command-space
(no waiting necessary)
ap return

Photoshop launches. That's right five keystrokes total, and I don't need to wonder where my pointer is on my dual monitor system. If "ap" doesn't bring Photoshop forward, you can train LaunchBar to use it. After three uses, the shortcut sticks. When I find something I want to train it to, I just do it three times in succession.

Easy-peasy.

I agree. I hit 'PS' for Photoshop. I didn't like LB at first, but if you use it for a little while and train it for a few items that it doesn't pick up by itself, it really becomes indispensable.
