I see you point, but I don't agree. Anyone that trashes Free software for no good reason needs to be told of their bad behavior and maybe slapped around a little. That's the trouble with kids today, they think everything should be given to them and they can whine all they want and get it. I would like to give them all a good swat. We are seeing a collapse of society, a disrespect for elders because we stopped hitting kids, spoil them rotten, and just plain lazy bad parenting.

Inappropriate how? - Xeater

Do you mean they don't match, or they're pornographic in nature? Might be Google to blame either way.

the trouble does not lie in with the kids, they don,t have resources to cause it. All kids and a lot of grown up who are dependent on some else for goods and services become compliant when the owner terminates part or all of the package.
Should I blame my pet rat for being fat and lazy when I place his food under his bedding on a daily bases? What would happen if I did not, would he get out of bed?
Granted humans are complex and wait it out, but no one can wait it out when they try so with basic needs. If that is cruel, then it is your choice to let the kid get it for free, not his.
