I agree that Library of Congress input would be nice. I'm sure they'll add more advanced support when stuff gets beyond 1.0.
However, I'm looking at my stack of CDs in front of me, and every single one of them has the little visible plastic tabs from the front with the booklet inside. The tab itself is obviously behind the CD booklet, but there is an outline of the tab clearly visible from the front with the CD booklet in place.
