Customer policy - pughimag

I purchased the product after trying it for a few days. It has enough functionality and good iCal support for it to be useful to me and I do not want to spend $500 or more on Microsoft Project (I have Mac and Windows PCs). I like the user interface. Bad spelling and grammer doesn't bother me.

I am willing to be patient when it comes to problems. I have a project that I'm working on right now but I cannot enter more than 23 tasks for some reason. I already registered and paid for the application so I should not have any limitations. I tried rebooting my Mac (version 10.4) to no avail. I have not received any account information so that I cannot write to support. This is causing me problems because my project has started and I have over 20 people that I need to communicate with.

Anybody got any suggestions?
