I'm using chicken of the VNC and OSXVnc, both free, and have relied on these for a couple of months now to deal with computers that are currently 6000 miles away. They work fine, and the price (free) is right.

Does It Work? - sarlet

Timbuktu lets you use the same license on several machines; we have one licence on the IT manager's machine and the other licence on all the other machines. As long as the two machines communicating are not using the same one there's no problem.
