Thank you for your feedback. Since the introduction of the new system we have greatly improved the issuing speed and have phased out initial problems with the new system. You should no longer have to wait more than one day to get a new license code.

Beware the licensing - tech-man

with no support or customer service available (except from 3am-12noon), i was forced to send my clients on the road using ipsecuritas (free) instead of vpn tracker.

now i have to ask myself why i spent money on something that handicaps me rather than helps me provide my clients with vpn. why did i bother? because sonicwall recommends vpn tracker for osx clients.

now i know better. it cost me close to $300 for useless licenses...useless with the rediculous registration scheme used by equinux - and useless without REASONABLE support in timely fashion (sorry, even though you guys are in germany, support needs to be available during normal work hours in the USA).

how ironic...and sad...that opensource/free software got the job done while expensive (albiet unnecessary) software did nothing but lighen my wallet.

i'm very disappointed and i will NEVER recommend vpn tracker to ANY of my clients.

Beware the licensing - agreed - echt_e

We have 10 licenses and recently had the same issue. I think my turnaround was shorter but there is no reason the reset could not be placed in the license management tool to save that time. The key assures that you can only use with the mac address or serial number of one machine.
