I take back my unhappiness as a customer! The developer contacted me and because PalmGear is programmed to justreceive more money I didn't realize there are free upgrades for the previous purchase of version 4 if I wanted to go to version 5. I still prefer 4 over 5 but to make things right he's trading the mistaken purchase for a copy of MegaClock (my choice from his software). Now that's great support.

are you nuts? you BOUGHT an upgrade?
i bought megalauncher 3 back when i had a Visor Deluxe and every upgrade since then has been FREE.... why would you buy it??
