Since all Little Snitch does is to intercept an attempt by a program to establish an internet connection, there is not yet any information "being transmitted" and therefore no way to display such information.
It might be useful to have this information captured if you allowed the connection to be made. Of course, by then whatever was being sent has been sent. You'd gain info at a loss of security.
