"It should be pretty straightforward"I couldn't agree more. When you get there, let me know.
"Again, instead of clogging up VersionTracker, can you please send us e-mail
directly..."
Instead of trying to run VersionTracker, can you please invest your time in synchronizing the newsgroup inventories in your three viewing panels? I don't want to go too logical on you all at once, but try starting there and graduate it out of the C-64 lab category.
"...leaving VersionTracker focused on, you know, actual software reviews..."
I guess your conviction that "review" = "only glowing praise" might account for the serious issues I've raised in my actual software reviews of your program. BTW, why is there no provision for saving anything more than the first part of a multi-part binary as an attachment from the Messages panel? Is it because you're too busy writing condescending reviews of reviews instead of code?

Levon,It should be pretty straightforward:
"Files" shows you every binary post in a group.
"Images" takes that list of files, and shows you ONLY the image files. (.jpg, etc.) with scalable image thumbnails.
"Music" takes that list of files, and shows you ONLY the music files (.mp3, etc.) with MP3 streaming previews.
That's really all there is to it. I must admit that we don't get very much e-mail from people confused on this topic, so I'd really like to talk to you further and find out where the wires are getting crossed and what we can do to explain this better in the future.
Again, instead of clogging up VersionTracker, can you please send us e-mail directly? It will allow us to quickly address your questions and help you better understand Unison, while leaving VersionTracker focused on, you know, actual software reviews, that might be helpful to others.
Thanks in advance! Send e-mail to unison @ panic . com.
Again, I apologize for any confusion, and look forward to helping you further.
Sincerely,
Cabel
