Installation has succeeded many times - Roger_Denton_531

This is the first we have heard of an installer failing (and there are over 1000 installations). We use InstallAnywhere for installation and packaging and as you know it has a great reputation for robustness. The only installation requirements are Mac OS X and a JVM 1.4 or later.
