Doesn't work - Superboy

I am unable to recreate this error. Please could you tell me when the program reports this error? i.e. At what part of the setup: In System Preferences, or where?

MacToPalm>Step2> i click "Built In Ethernet", it opens and loads the sharing prefpane and then "Blutooth to internet utility" shows this error (nothing happens in the prefpane).

BTW, I'm using a french MacOSX.

I get the same error with an English version of OS X 10.3.7. I wonder if it is the Mitsumi Bluetooth dongle. I will try it with the D-Link version.
