My problem is that eSellerate has not responded to my requests. And when I asked you to inform them (the business contractor you use) to grant refund, neither you nor eSellerate responds. The result is that I do not have a product I paid for and I cannot get a refund.

Lies in your comments won't help you much. I have refunded to others (one at eSellerate and one to PayPal) when they used Saft a little while and thought not like it. But you used Saft for months and only wanted refund due to it not worked anymore with another plugin/hack you installed - that's another thing. Still, in the last email to you I said "go ahead and ask eSellerate for refund..."
