The easiest way is to play the radio station in iTunes first and <i>then</i> drag th e track into RadioRecorder. This way you don't have to enter URL yourself.

There are many more sources for streaming radio. Check www.shoutcast.com or search google :-)

http://www.publicradiofan.com/
You can see whats on now, or search by program name. It will lists the broadcast times in your time zone.
