RockNES is freeware with all functional parts present -- if you want to add on extra bits, you can also download Emulator Enhancer which is shareware (not nagware) which adds extra video modes, gamepad support, and other goodies to *all* of Bannister's freeware emulators. Where you start getting "crippleware" is when you try using pirated software codes with his Emulator Enhancer product -- and that's only on old versions, and only affects the enhancements, not the actual free emulators.
