Customer Problem - joemit1

Gave one of the company's tech support persons all the information he asked for: no results. Upgraded to MB 1.7: still no results. Went to an open forum becasue it seems to be the only way to get their complete attention. Sorry but when MB works it is great (otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much time to get it back up and running) but when it stops working. It appears you are out of luck.
