The technical items this user has commented on have been fixed or modified in the 3.5 and 3.6 versions.
The support isssue has also been solved since the posting almost 2 years ago with the installation of a support system to ensure timely e-mail responses.
BBut if anyone has anny problems or questions they can e-mail me directly at dwilliams@healthengage.com but I assure you this post is not reflective of the software and ask you to try it yourself and see if it is the right tool for you.
