NetOctopus 4.2.1 - briandolan
Delete /Library/Preferences/com.netopia.netOctopus Agent.preferences on all the client machines that aren't showing up under NetO admin.Restart the machines after you delete the prefs.
Then try to bind the clients from NetO admin.
You should be able to see the clients now. Good Luck.

You should really contact Netopia support so the problem can be resolved. Jlussows problem was totally different. He had a real problem on the PC Agent side not Mac, but with only a few machines due to some incompatibilities which were eventually resolved.Do not install as root as this causes file permissions problems, nor will it resolve your issue.
