1.7.1 launch failure -

Don't know what went wrong there, but I have never had any incompatibility with any version of OS X 10.2
The tech support is there, there is also a forum wher you can post questions. The company is small and innovative, so I for one give them lots of credit and do not moan if I don't get an answer within an hour, a day, or even a week.
It is a great product, and I could not do without it.

1.7.1 launch failure - C. Maurer

I have never had this problem and have always had responses to e-mails, usually with a day.

1.7.1 launch failure - Perdition

I've never experienced these issues. I've been running various versions of this with little or no problems. Never had an issue with 10.2.6 or previous Jag versions. Responses back from Devon Tech have always been prompt on the rare occasion i've needed to contact them.

1.7.1 launch failure - Bill D

I can assure tschneider that DEVONthink 1.7.1 (currently 1.7.2) is very compatible with X2.6 and that DEVONthink is a very fine, stable product. My guess is that some disk maintenance procedures would cure his problem. As to responsiveness by the technical staff, I've found it outstanding. In addition, there's a user forum at <http://www.devon-technologies.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi>.
