Can't retrieve mail after applying update - cnymike
No I did not apply any other updates other than the Java update. I restarted 2 or 3 times and rebuild permissions too. I simply didn't work until the next morning then all was fine. REally really bizarre. It might have just been a coincidence but the fact that I had checked my mail successfully right before running software update and installing the java update makes it seem like it was the update that caused the problem. But now that mail is working fine, I don't know what to think. Stray cosmic ray perhaps?
