I support quite a few writers who use it and I have never seen the issue you are referring to. I must admit I have seen some screwy things since they added the OS X version updates. My favorite was the version that didn't print. AT ALL. But I was always able to fix it by downloading the latest update. I do wish they would do something else with the Authorization scheme. It really sux especially when you don't have an internet connection or a phone handy to call and do a manual. You may want to try Movie Magic Screenwriter. The people who use it seem to feel pretty good about it. Of Course there is also scriptware but it doesn't offer much.

I think you should give em' a break though. All developers have had a rough time making the transition to OS X and I am sure you would want em' to cut you some slack if you were in the same position.

I completely agree with this review.

I have used this program since 1991 mainly beause it was the only program of its kind written for Mac. It has never worked properly in the OSX environment.

The tech suport is so bad now it borders on the ludicrous. I paid $2.50 per minute to have someone read me the wed site answer base!?

The resident font will not print on many HP printers. The program not only crashes upon saves, but turns off the auto backup feature all by itself.

If anyone knows any trick to retrieving a file which has been gutted and left for dead on the hard drive, I would be very grateful. I've lost fifteen days of work.
