Got a reply. Issue resolved. Well, at least someone contacted me back after I posted my initial comment here (trust me, I really tried to exhaust all available options before I did this). Noot sure if we got the order in on time, since they took forever. Also, never acknowledged the screw-up delay, but, oh well.
