doesn't work, no trace of this on Apple KBase - paulog

Thank you PriceD for the advice on resetting the PRAM. I also had this problem on one machine in a lab and zapping the PRAM allowed me to boot. I noticed that the firmware version of the sick Mac was older than all the others so check for latest firmware if you get this problem

It maybe why your G4 are Buggered!!

Generally I always read the fine print, especial when dealing with something as dangerous as a Hard Drive Update..
