Page Sender supports Mac OS X 10.2.x printer sharing to allow this type of function. You have to install Page Sender on each computer to get the front-end for addressing the fax, but it works as a fax server with the following limitations: you can't send to >20 recipients at once, you can't add attachments to a fax (you must fax each document independently), fax status information is only available on the Mac that is sharing Page Sender, and you can only use the default cover page (see the Page Sender Read Me for information on how to edit the defautl cover page).
