Window size/position - roksob

Some folk keep their dock on the left edge of the screen. Offseting the window to the right allows for that.

Window size/position - Sven7

I keep my dock on the bottom of the screen and Safari often offsets to the right anyway. It's annoying -- because I always have to drag it to the center. Other times I run Safari, it doesn't do this at all. then it will do it for a month. A true bug, and they should fix it.
