This would depend as they are generally different products. I you have 100 Macs that you need to connect to 1-2 PC's then using PC MacLAN seems logical. If you have a large PC network that you would like to integrate a few Macs, then getting Dave seems logical. It really depends on which way you are going to be going mostly.
