Needs MPEG-2 QT plug-in. - ravedog--2008

You don't need any programs to make copies of your iDVD (or iDVD studio pro if there is no disc encryption)... use Disk Copy from Apple... (do a search on apple's support site for Disk Copy iDVD)... it will clone the disc.

Using a program like this (and others) will convert MPEG2 to Quicktime but u will eventually have to reconvert it back to MPEG2 if u are going to make another DVD. Thats twice the material has gone thru MPEG2 compression.

The only purpose for a product like this is if u want to take the material off the DVD and edit it or downsample it to a smaller size for viewing purposes. But don't use it to make copies... it won't get thru the copy protection on commercial releases anyway...
