I very much agree - I really wish that they would identify adware as what it is, and not mislabel it as freeware. Some adware is really closer to spyware, and some is more malware than anything else. Stuff that hides and fights being uninstalled is certainly malware to my mind, and it sure isn't 'freeware.'
