I installed it a month ago and was pleased with it. Then it demanded that I register the program, which I attempted to do, with the required information. However, each time I tried to send that to the email address provided, the email bounced. Now I cannot schedule things I want to open at particular times and I can't contact the developer. PLEASE make your mailbox accessible!! It seems like a good program but it's now broken till I get a registration. Developer - help!!!! if it's only going to work for one month then how can I recommend it?

Hi there

I've been getting email on the registration address for years now. I don't understand why your emails are bouncing. Sorry for that though. I got your email at the info account without any problem. You will get your registration code today.

OK. The developer has been in contact with me and he has explained that there is no problem with the registration email address. Some freakish circumstance seems to have prevented two of my emails getting to him at that address but whatever they were, clearly they were not the developer's fault and had nothing to do with his failure to receive my request. He sent me a registration certificate and the program is up and running again perfectly.

I wish to make it clear that the developer is not at fault in any way, and with this clarification, I certainly do not want to do anything to create a negative impression of this program It is very useful and works well, and I will write a review shortly that reflects my reaction to the program itself and not to the registration glitch.
