Any developer that releases a new product that only works on Intel computers is really not wise. There are no earlier versions available that work on Apple's PPC computers, so that means the developers have made a conscious choice to profusely upset literally thousands of users. What planet are they on, and is it even in the same galaxy? In short, Intel users are fine, but PPC users can forget this product ever existed given that the developers have forgotten that you exist! I have been inundated with calls from upset Mac users that have wasted hours and hours trying to get this pile of nonsense to work. I have told them all what to do, it sounds like this, 'don't bother wasting your time with this amateur product or its incredibly thoughtless and careless developers'.

I don't like the lack of PPC support for my older machines either but giving it a 1-star rating because of it is an abuse of the rating system. The app works as advertised. If you have an issue outside of it's stated features and functionality that's "Comment" NOT a review. That's like me rating Snow Leopard at a 1-star due to lack of PPC support. I might not like it but it's as designed so you review it as designed and comment on the lack. It's stuff like this that hurts the credibility of user based reviews.Reply to This
