I have found some free anti malware and spyware found what trend micro had missed. Tech support was ok however I seemed to get people learning as we go each of the few times I called. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE... know that after the yr subscription expires, trend micro shuts down and no longer functions until you renew. ALL the other antivirus programs I've used continue to run but won't allow you to update. All in all, not worth the money.Much better programs are available.
