Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

I don't know why, but ever since I installed version 4.3.1 the "hot keys" do not work. At one point I even uninstalled everything, and then reinstalled everything. However, it still does not work.

It's likely your prefs file or an 10.6.1 bug - support168

There are two possibilities on this:

1. Your prefs file is damaged. To fix this, follow the instructions at http://www.stclairsoft.com/DefaultFolderX/faq.html#troubleshooting

2. I'm currently chasing a bug in which OS X stops listening to DFX's requests to switch folders if you have a server volume mounted and it has the same name as a folder on your boot drive (such as Applications, Library, or Users)

If it's not one of those, please contact us at support@stclairsoft.com and we'll figure out what's going on.
