Never had any problems updating before. I guess Adobe hasn't tested the Updater with Snow Leopard (I think Mac OS X 10.6 is involved here)
Just tried to login with another user account or delete the "AUMProduct.aup" within the Acrobat 9.1.3 package (both from the Adobe support pages) without success.
Come on Adobe, we've paid you enough money to make a functioning updater !!!

I agree. But once you do the reinstall, you wont have a problem again. At least that;s my experience. I had to reinstall for the first update to Acrobat, and I have not had any problems since.Thursday, October 15 2009 @ 04:54 AM PDT
