Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

For the life of me I can't think of a reason to DL this software. I've done well with Preview and can't think of one reason that I need Reader with it's inherent problems.

I'd download if compatible with Gecko... - friedchikkin

If the download came with a Gecko/Firefox-compatible plugin I'd download this but I erased it off of my old MDD G4, my wife's MacBook G4 and never bothered putting the PDF bloatware on our new MacPro Xeon.

Same here (reasoning), Preview does a heck of a job for viewing outside the browser and, albeit lacking the features of Adobe's IE-compatible plugin, the ONE, third-party PDF Viewer plugin for Firefox works fairly well for viewing within the browser.

And I believe Safari 4 can display PDFs natively?
