Just does not work for limiting Application run time

I have been trying to use the Application timer functionality that KGGG has in it but without success
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired permissions all according to the KGGG support site but nothing works. And when I say nothing I'm also including KGGG tech support.
Despite numerous post to the support department I have never received any response.
If anyone knows of another Application that can limit the run time for specific applications I'd love to know.

I went to the Developer's website and the program is not longer being sold, updated or supported any more. I guess we all need a new program. Any suggestions?
