I try to download it by clicking the download link on toasts site but it just redirects the browser to their support page....

Just to answer my previous question... I had to change my firewall settings in order to download the update. So if anyone has a problem downloading they need to deactivate or reduce the security settings in their firewall... They haven't pulled the update. They should, because it's twice the size that it needs to be (see my response in another thread). In any case, it's easy enough to find the update if you start at the support page. Click on the SUPPORT drop down and select Software Updates, then click on the Toast 10 link.Reply to This
