Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

First of all, I was not able to find a download link on the TechTracker site. So I was unable to download after multiple tries.

Second, it hasn't scanned my computer for over a week, even though the next scan was scheduled for over 6 days ago, and I've been unable to initiate a new scan.

Third, the site consistently tells me that my up-to-date apps need to be upgraded. This, even if I've upgraded, restarted, repaired permissions, and all that. So, I'd have to say that it's just about worthless.

The old TechTracker app for which I paid an annual fee did the same thing, with calling apps out of date when they aren't.
