Sorry but this program does not work for me at all. First, the current update results in "We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found." so this review is 1.0b2. It seems to scan my hard drive fine and reports various programs that need to be updated. It reports "New software found for your computer" and gives me a box to "Open Page" to visit TechTracker page to see more details. But once again that page (http://www.cnet.com/techtracker/app/?sid=2154864) results in the typical "We're sorry but the page you requested could not be found."
In short, nothing works with this program. Even the scan reports versions that are current but CNET TechTracker reports old. I tried to contact the company a couple of times with these problems, and I do get an email that says: "Our representatives can assist you with CNET registration, newsletters, and problems with our Web site. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries..." But that's all I ever get--no other response, no solution to the bugs, no fix to the "page not found" issue.
So I've uninstalled the program and recommend others wait until it is no longer beta before you install.
