I am running a MacBook Pro, Snow Leopard, all the latest software versions. I have a Blackberry Storm. Current Verizon Software. Installation was flawless and equally useless. The software takes about 15 minutes to cycle. End result Blackberry wiped clean of contact and calendars. At least it did not harm my Mac.

Could be that Snow Leopard is part of the problem. I installed SL and found my MacBook Pro could no longer talk to Firewire drives. And guess what's on those. Yep, all my Time Machine backups. Thanks, Apple. That's a MAJOR bug.Sunday, October 04 2009 @ 06:06 AM PDT

Given the comment earlier about syncing twice and it would work, I decided to sync relentlessly. After the six time it worked. Seems to work okay now. RELIEF!Sunday, October 04 2009 @ 06:43 PM PDT
