Import of csv or xml does nothing. I'm not retyping thousands of titles. Fix the import and it would be a nice app.

Hi W-Creative. We're aware of some issues related to some versions of Excel not exporting standard CSV-based files. Could you please contact us by e-mail, and we'll work this out together. Thanks in advance. (And, for your information, XML-based import is only targeted to some very specific migrations; I'd presume your solution is CSV...) Cheers. -- Fred >> fennelsoftware.com

Not using Excel.

Exporting a mysql database to CSV and XML, neither structure will import. In fact, they don't even import incorrectly. Select the file, click okay, and nothing happens.

W-Creative, the XML option won't work as it's not designed to address such a use case. I'm not aware of any MySQL export issue re CSV, so this might not be a big problem; maybe some missing quotes, or a misplaced comma... If you send it to me, I'll give a look at it and report my findings. Our CSV import mechanism works for most users, and I'm of course willing to make it work for you too!
