In the readme:
"REGISTERED USERS NOTE: You will be asked for your registration code again when upgrading from earlier versions. Your existing code still works and you can use it right away, but if you registered before September 2008 and you find the update useful there is a small upgrade fee to pay at the Senlick Kagi store."
I paid for this back in 2002, I'm not going to bother installing this if I have to pay more... I don't have a bank account right now nor any credit cards as I try to pay off my debts.

No extra upgrade price - friedchikkin
I was able to use my old serial number and registration name without being prompted to pay anything, I wanted to make that clear to anyone having fears and only going by the subject line.Wednesday, September 30 2009 @ 03:45 AM PDT

Haven't run into anything regarding an upgrade fee.I installed the software and it's just running... unfortunately the problem I'm having is the reason I decided to give this another try- the right side buttons on my Razer Diamondback are only recognized as MousewheelUp and MousewheelDown. I hope to get help regarding this on the website.
