Whether we like it or not this is Unsanity's official communication policy taken from one of their blogs:

"Note: Please do not post comments and/or send emails asking about the present and/or future of things not mentioned in this post. Such comments will be moderated, deleted, or edited. When we have something to say about other products, it will be posted, and not a moment before then. Asking us about ETAs just ends up wasting both of our time. Apologies for taking such a harsh stance, but the only thing we would tell you is "it'll be done when it's done" and we're trying to prevent a repeat of the tens of thousands of comments/emails we've received asking for an ETA. Any kind of timeframe or ETA we could possibly give will be wrong and users get very disappointed when ETAs are missed. That's the nature of ETAs, they are always wrong. And due to the fact we won't release something before we feel it is ready, any ETA is even more likely to be missed."

Perhaps when enough people do the same they will realise that they are not Godlike Indispensible people and when the money stops rolling in they will either give up or get their conceited Donkeys into gear. What surprises me more is that you are all surprised! This is nothing new for these guys, they have never talked about support for new releases, and we have gone months and months without an update or even an acknowledgment that it was in the works.But like many of you, I agree, it would be nice to hear something like "We are working on it." or "We have given up, and no longer support this product." instead of this "harsh" response and saying nothing. Somehow, they forget that they are insulting the people who buy their software. I for one, will learn to live without it again, as I do not expect much given that the InputManager in Snow has basically been removed, and Application Enhancer depended on it and is now broken, and FruitMenu depends on AE, and it is unlikely that it will work again any time soon.
No wonder they cannot say anything. Even they have no clue!

Okay. Enough is enough. No more unsane Unsanity FruitMenu. Russian based slow-developers who believe they can talk to their costumers in a cold war tone of voice as if we were living in the Soviet Union. My answer is: Boycott Unsanity. Now.I've tested the better alternative: "Classic Menu" by www.sigsoftware.com/classicmenu/. Same benefits... AND ...working fine with Mac OS 10.6.1

What a bunch of jerks they are. I cannot think of any other company that takes this selfish stance. I also dislike how they blast Apple for making changes to the OS from release to release - hey, that's Apple's right.<br><br>
They could at least give acknowledgement if they are planning to work on their programs for Snow Leopard compatibility. A yes or no and then they can clamp down on further communications.
