Product Platform: WinNT,Win95,Win98,WinME,WinXP,Win2k

Used Product For: 6-12 months

I have had a hit or miss time using this product on my computer. I hope someone can maybe tell me my settings are wrong. The recorder has the time it run on bottom right hand corner. Let's say maybe 9 minutes when I try to play it back in wmv it will play 10 seconds or maybe 3 minutes. No reason but hardly ever plays the correct time in media player. I went back to media player 10 because it was working a few months ago normal. Now back to 11 and same result. So is it windows software stopping the player from working correctly? Also if someone could give me the default settings I could start over and try it from scratch. The current settings I was running in output is Mpeg video codec V3. AudioV2 Audio device is logitech microphone. Global settings are: Everything is checked except for shift and the box next to it is the letter R, I also am running only the run time files for media player 11 Any help would be appreciated. Software works fine until it sends it to my hard drive and their lies the problem
