The options I previously had for mapping disappeared altogether when I installed this app. How can I uninstall and revert to the previous state of things?

I think I identified the problem. I had set AB to open as a 32-bit application (despite running 64-bit capable machine) to allow Skype plug-ins to work. Resetting to allow 64-bit allowed BT's plug-ins to reappear. They cannot apparently be toggled for 32-bit use on a 64-bit machine.

Will await update on one side or the other!
