Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Performed installation. No problem. Program scans, but fails to open window correctly in Firefox due to login error on CNET site.

After manual login, no list appears. No date of last scan.

TT icon appears in System preferences, but fails with Preferences Error: Could not load CNET TechTracker

Useless at this stage:

Running OS 10.4.11

Umm, system requirements are 10.5, not 10.4.11
