iPod/iPhone Remote Not Working?

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

After the update to 9.0, the Apple Remote application on my iPod stopped working. I have tried changing my preferences, deleting and reloading the application, and all the "tried and true" resolution methods. When I saw the 9.011 update I though this might be fixed. No joy.

I *am* happy the minimizing feature has been resolved. I wound up remapping my function keys so that the standard Command-M would toggle the miniplayer, as I find sending iTunes to the Dock not in keeping with my use of the program.

Still, I'd like to be able to start and stop iTunes from another room using my iPod touch. Maybe in 9.0.2?
