Had same problem and I went to Quicken support chat and waited about 30 minutes but the person I chatted with took over my computer, downloaded another copy of quicken, applied the update and now it works perfectly! I highly recommend their chat person.Sunday, September 20 2009 @ 09:13 AM PDT
