I see their software to sync iCal, etc., to Blackberry products gets among the worst reviews you'll find on this site for paid software. Nevertheless, I investigated the other product for Samsung phones on their website. There is no pre sales phone support, a clear warning sign of trouble. -- And to confirm this: Right up in the description on this versiontracker page is the publisher saying "whatever" your Samsung or HTC, etc., phone we can help you sync it. This is patent BS. If you go to the site there is an annoying popup, instead of a list, of supported Samsung phones. (It is far from "whatever" Samsung phone.) You need a list so you can easily cross tabulate the list of phones they support with what your cell phone provider offers in the way of phones. Checking them individually via a popup is a pain, particularly if you're considering different wireless providers and/or several brands of cell phones. Sometimes their popup uses incomplete model numbers, dropping of the initial letters of the product code. Sometimes they don't refer to the model number at all, but just use the vernacular name of the product. So we don't have any confusion on this point, here is the correct, complete information for a Samsung phone: "SGH-T919 Behold." Not "t919" or whatever their popup says. This makes a difference because when their site just says they support "Instinct," I have no assurance as to whether this would include the Instinct S30, a successor product. Remember I cannot be sure about this because they don't use complete product descriptions in their moronic popup. (The Behold example, for one.) -- If they can't get basic stuff like this correct or thought through on their website or offer pre sales phone support, I find it hard to accept that they can cope with the demands of writing stable software and delivering passable tech support after any sale. I think this is a company which deserves to be punished by the marketplace. I advise caution in buying their products.
