I've been using Razer gaming mice for every day use and gaming and although Razer has native Mac drivers (that do work with other mice besides their "for-Mac" offering) I find I can easily customize the use of all the buttons for Exposé, Dashboard and all gaming usage without specific drivers via Mac OS X. The same's true for the Gravis Gamepad I use to let my nephew and little brother play Rayman: Hoodlum Havoc. USB Overdrive was wonderfully useful in Mac OS 9 for me.

I agree. It's worth the price of admission just to have better control over speed/acceleration.Thursday, September 17 2009 @ 09:05 AM PDT

Depends on what you use if for, doesn't it? I've always used it to control my mouse, especially to make it a left-handed mouse and control the speed/acceleration. I find it still indispensable.Reply to This
